MAXL TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MAXL website, mobile site, and other online services that link to these Terms (collectively, the “Site”), operated under the MAXL brand (“MAXL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.
MAXL offers automotive cleaning, detailing, surface-care products, accessories, and related products intended to help customers clean, maintain, and care for vehicles and other compatible surfaces.
1. Eligibility

Applicable taxes, shipping fees, and other charges will be displayed at checkout where applicable.
2.4 Order Acceptance
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from MAXL.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, payment issues, or incorrect customer information.
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully processed, the applicable amount will be refunded.
2.5 Billing Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing, shipping, payment, and contact information.
2.6 Promotions
Discount codes, promotional offers, bundles, free gifts, and other promotions may be subject to additional conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined, transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied retroactively.

3.3 Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products

4. Proper Product Use

Do not intentionally ingest cleaning products. Keep cleaning products out of reach of children and pets and follow applicable storage and safety instructions.
MAXL is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper application, failure to follow product instructions, use on an incompatible surface, or modification of a product.
5. Use of the Site
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and use the Site for lawful personal purposes.

By submitting User Content to MAXL, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, distribute, and publish that content for legitimate business purposes, including displaying customer reviews and marketing our products.
You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit the content and that your submission is not knowingly false, misleading, unlawful, or infringing on another person's rights.
We reserve the right to moderate or remove User Content where appropriate.

The MAXL Site and its original content, including graphics, product photography, text, logos, design elements, videos, and other materials, may be protected by intellectual-property laws.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, MAXL does not guarantee that every product is appropriate for every vehicle, finish, coating, material, or surface.
Always follow the applicable product instructions and test on an inconspicuous area when appropriate.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS EXCEPT FOR WARRANTIES EXPRESSLY PROVIDED BY MAXL OR WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE EXCLUDED.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR ERROR-FREE.
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES WARRANTIES OR CONSUMER RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.
14. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MAXL AND ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold MAXL harmless from claims, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the Site, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or misuse of our products.
